Don’t get me wrong . . . I do not believe that Harriet Miers is a good candidate for our highest court. Actually I do not believe she is a good candidate for any court. Yet, I have a question. The Harriet Miers questionnaire that everyone is talking about is not signed by her. It is unsigned. Thus, how do we know it was actually submitted by

Woah. This was apparently just released, I just got the email from PP about it. Harriet Miers took a survey put out by a Texas Pro-Life organization in 1989, and her answers were just leaked.

What is everyone's opinion on the likely hood of the supreme court trying over turn the Roe vs.Wade act? If a right wing and pro-lifer does get the spot of Sandra Day O'Conner...is there a chance that abortion could become illegal again?

Is it just me or is the debate about the nomination of Harriet Miers becoming more nonsensical by the day? Laura Bush seems to think opposition to her nomination is based on sexism and now people on the Left are actually starting to take up this chant as well--even otherwise intelligent people such as Maryland Senator Barbara Mikulski.
